How to use resistance bands and pull up bars

Workout Instructions

  1. Consult your Physician before beginning any regular exercise.

  2. Always examine your bands and door anchor for any defects, cracks, cuts, tears or imperfections. If there are any defects, stop using the bands immediately.

  3. Do not use resistance bands for any other use other than exercising.

  4. Do not overstretch the exercise tubes, bands or cords.

  5. Warm up prior to using any exercise equipment: pull up bars and resistance cords included.

  6. Be careful; do not allow bands to snap back, causing injury.

  7. Begin slowly, with light tension and slowly move to a higher tension band.

  8. Use resistance bands, only as directed!

  9. Children under the age of 16, should use only under parent supervision.

  10. Inspect all products prior to use to ensure the exercise band or pull up bar is not damaged.

Door Anchor Instructions

  1. Open the door and insert the door anchor thick side first on hinge side of the door.  Next, close and lock the door.  Then, pull on the door anchor to ensure that it is secure.  Finally, slide the resistance band handle through the opening and slide the resistance band until both sides are equal.
